Two other things that may help.

Here's a sample CustomPatrols.cgn file, with 1 mission defined:

P 0 3 CustomPatrols 1

ML 1 Test Mission

Also be sure in your mission file, in the first line (the Mission Header), that your mission ID# matches what is in the above file. Like this for the 1st mission (Test Mission), above. Note the number "1" in the line below and in the ML line above. They must match.

Mission header for Test Mission-

M 1 Test Mission 600 1200 0 0 0 0 2 0 0 -05.00.00 45.00.00

Mission #2 would have another ML 2 Test Mission #2 line added.
