How Many People Have The German Version?

I have the german version , too. My system:
-Athlon XP 2700+
-1GB DDR 333 Ram
-ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128 Mb DDR
-MSI K7N2G ILSR
When do you think will the german patch be complet functional. I'm really angry about that . It seems that we are all just beta testers.
