Raids

ok as it seams we now have enuff people and such id like to make a few suggestions here for all raids

1. all green items that drop will be d/e'd andplaced in the bank to go towards enchanting the new gear we have. this doesnt mean u have/dont have to have mats towards enchants but its there to help reenchant our gear.

2. in baradin hold theres pvp armour as far as im aware not many of us pvp so id like to suggest all pvp items get d/e'd for maelstrom crystals so we can do the better enchants for the raiders/guild and buy the weapon enchants for us too. this will only work if everyone agrees to this.

3. If u would like to use mats in the bank for enchants then we will make a post on here for requests

4. think about other raiders then yourself. what i mean by this is if a item drops and another person needs it more/bigger upgrade let them have it. if we can gear the "raid" up rather then gear idividuals we might progress further gaining more loot for all

5. we are a guild not just people. work together help each other and we will get somewhere. enchants/pots/elixirs/flasks/gear all of these we all need for a raid to progress help each other if someone needs something help them get it but in return dont just expect someone else to do it for you u have to help yourself too.

if you have any other suggestions to put here then say guys i might of missed something or any information/feedback would be good

Agree with what you have written. I think its fair to say that the "helping" element is still alive and well in this guild (never known anything different really) and although we have our own individual goals in this game the Team effort is adhered to by all!

I propose we purchase a 7th guild tab and use it to store 'premium items' such as scrolls of expensive enchants and raid drop BoE epics.

I'm happy with this. If somebody has a burning desire to do PvP and states that they need the item I don't think that is wholly incompatible either.

Please! The bank is full of stuff, I'd like to see it used for members benefit.

Guild banners (for bonus xp and, more importantly, rep gain) - we are only a few achievements away from this, lets get those ticked off.
