THE FIRST ALL DEDICATED VIRTUAL BOMBER GROUP RECRUITING POLICY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1) RECRUITING AREAS:
A) SOUTHEAST ASIA: PHILIPPINES ISLANDS,AUSTRALIA,THAILAND,MALAYSIA,NEW ZEALAND
NORTH AMERICA: CANADA AND UNITED STATES.2) MUST BE OF GOOD CHARTER AND HAVE HIGH STANDARDS AND VALUES.
BE HIGHLY COMMITTED, WITH DIGNITY AND INTEGRITY, AND DEDICATED IN EVERY THING HE/SHE DOES.
BE HIGHLY COMMITTED AND DEDICATED TO HELP THIS GROUP BECOME THE BEST BOMBER GROUP IN IL-2 1946 COMMUNITY.
3) MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE ALL GROUP MEETINGS, TRAINING AND MISSIONS.
4) MUST BE WILLING AND ACCEPT BEING IN A REALISTIC MILITARY BOMBER GROUP.
5) Must be 21 or Older
