Called Logitech tech support, they couldnt help either,
Are you able to transmit on TS performing a Diagnostics check in general ? You know like performing a number count or something ? Is there a button or switch on the headset that Mutes and un-mutes the microphone ?? You can receive but not transmit ? Do you still have the receipt for the headset ? If so, return the unit if you can.
Negative,,, it sometimes shows up in comms i have a feeling its somehow related to my sound card

Perhaps swap out sounds cards and re-test with your current headset ?? If you can trans using your mic then it should be the newer sound card. ??
