Hey guys

Hell it feels like I've been around for ages cant work out if i'm old or young around you lot lol. Hell I'm old amongst the people I'm with here :(

Ok so I thoungt I'd give you all a quick rundown on where I'm at and what I've been up to. Ok so most of you know I've gone back in the army, hi to all the new lot while I remember oh and Tbar dont expect anything to have changed as to me having a million different topics all screwed up in one post its just the way I am Image Anyhow I rejoined and am now sat on pre selection for trade training. Now this is where it gets a little complecated so bear with me.

Right now im on 1 of 3 courses running across a month apart through the same sylebous, now from the 60 people on these courses the top 12 are selected for aircraft technician (I've already had to pass exams and fight tooth and nail to get to this point) so far I'm 2 exams in with 100% on maths and science and 85% on health and safety. I'm currently on technical drawing which is a pain in the.... welll yeah (I'll try to remember everyone on here hasnt been dragged up like me and will keep the language appropriate) ok so if i get into the top 12 I get onto the aircraft course. the remainder are put on basic electronics where the top slice are chosen for avionics technician with the remainder going onto land systems....................... lol there is about a 45% fail rate however so nothings a given! hopefully I'll be back in the air before my next results come in so it will be easier to keep you posted.

On that note if anyone knows the ability to play AA on a laptop and if I'll hit any problems there could you let me know.... cheers

I'm hoping to be up in the ir week after next but there are alot of uncontrollable dependants for that to happen so we shall see. Image

Its good to see alot of the old gang still about, how are you guys doing as far as getting together and flying goes? I should be good for american and british timings when I'm up with the only limit being work and exams. I'm on this camp for the best part of the next 2 years as long as I dont fail anything so once I'm up I should be regular for a good while.

Take it easy guys

HiYa Picken, Good to hear from you once again.

Yep, Same old faces, and a lot more talent. We look the same fly the same old planes, bit with a lot more agility and confidence. You won't believe how good your ole' UK buddy Zarn is getting Burtom from the old 616 Squad has been flyin a lot with Zarn and they are both becoming top pilots in the BSS. Speaking of top pilots, as of this weekend we have two more Brits joining our ranks. MadDawg2 and Psy from the FD squad are signing on with us. Psy will fly under the tag of BSS_Psy and Mad Dawg2 will be BSS_Secret. SO you'll have plenty of company when you get back in the air with us.

We look forward to your return.

On you laptop, the best thing I can recommend is make sure you have Windows XP or older Op System. Some people have had luck with Vista but I don't recommend it.

I hope this helps you
